  • Solution:

    Single-user installation
    1. Start PTV Map&Guide desktop.
    2. Choose in the Help menu Check for updates.
    3. The program searchs for program-, map- and toll updates.
    4. Follow the instructions to update PTV Map&Guide desktop.

    Network installation

    Before updating for a network installation, please ensure that all PTV Map&Guide desktop clients are logged off and do not have access to the server. You can log off clients that are still active in the PTV Map&Guide administration tool.

    1. Start PTV Map&Guide desktop.
    2. Choose in the Help menu Check for updates.
    3. The program searchs for program-, map- and toll updates.
    4. Follow the instructions to update PTV Map&Guide desktop.

    After downloading the toll data, the PTV Map&Guide desktop server installation has to be rebooted. Please observe the installation instructions.

    When you next start the PTV Map&Guide desktop clients, the clients will be automatically updated.

    Germany mid-2018 v11 (13.11)    
    Special toll: new tariffs 2018    This scenario contains the tariffs according to the tables 17.1 (highways) and 6.1 (federal trunk roads)
    on highways and on all federal trunk roads. New tariff for Warnowtunnel. This scenario replaces the previous 'Germany mid-2018 v10' scenario.

    Special toll: new tariffs 2018    This scenario contains the tariffs according to the tables 17.1 (highways) and 6.1 (federal trunk roads).
    New tariff for Warnowtunnel. This scenario replaces the previous 'Germany August 2017' scenario.

    Germany July 2018 (21.1)    
    Toll update Germany (01.07.-31.07.2018)    This scenario contains the tariffs according to the table dated 1 July 2018.
    The toll charge for trucks over 7.5 tonnes applies to all federal trunk roads. This scenario replaces the previous 'Germany January 2018' scenario.
    Type of calculation: Exact.

    Slovenia Standard 2019 (4.1)    
    Toll update, valid from 20190603    This scenario contains the current toll charges on the basis of the last available tariffs valid from 06 February, 2018.
    Toll charges apply to trucks from a gross vehicle volume of more than 3.5 t. Discounts for vehicles with emission category EURO IV and higher,
    which are granted for payment by electronic media, are incorporated as well.
