Using the software TeamViewer, our support team can remotely access your computer. This way, they can identify problems and solve them quickly and effectively.

How does it work? Very easily: 

• Download the customer modul of TeamViewer online: TeamViewer
• Start the customer modul Teamviewer by double-clicking on the file TeamviewerQS.exe.
  A small window will appear which displays your Your ID as well as the Password.
• Name Your ID and the password your PTV contact. This allows your PTV contact to connect to your computer
