Improvements

The "Highlight stop-off points in environmental zones in colour" option of the itinerary has been moved to the preferences dialog under Route planning-> Specifications -> Itinerary.
If several use cases of the type "Route planning" are open, the map section is now saved and restored when switching (only if no route was calculated).
The POI Search has been optimized. It is now possible to search for POIs exclusively by using a "-" in the search term, f.e. -4711 will find only address 4711 in the selected POI table. Thanks to Mr. K. for reporting this improvement!

Bugfixes

The Destination icon on the map showed start time and not arrival time. This has been fixed.
When stop-off point lists are exported as CSV files, date specifications in time slots are now also correctly processed during re-import.
If a stop-off point list with addresses, containing mutated vowels, has been exported as CSV, these were recognized incorrectly during reimport and displayed with special characters.
The quick search in databases and ferries by using a "+" has been fixed.

Belgium January 2019 (9.1): This scenario includes the toll charges from January 2019, for trucks from a maximum authorised mass over 3.5 t in the three Belgian regions: Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels. Toll roads include motorways, additional main roads and the local road network in Brussels. Toll charges are calculated based on kilometre factors and depend on the road type and further depend on the emission class and total weight of the vehicle. This scenario replaces the previous 'Belgium July 2018' scenario. Type of calculation: By approximation with an average factor per kilometer.

Under certain circumstances, the zoom behaviour on calculated routes has shown a too large map section. The latest version now zooms in correctly on the calculated route.

The link to the Toll Collect toll booking site has been corrected
When printing maps, the arrows for orders are now printed as well
In the station list, the value in brackets behind the load column now shows the remaining possible load quantity, taking into account the vehicle's empty weight (permissible total weight minus empty weight minus load).

Bugfixes

When multiple stop-off points have been selected in the stop-off point list of with route planning usecase, the selection was lost after scrolling in the stop-off point list
Excel export of the stop-off point list only worked for the first open use case "route planning"

New PTV Europe City Map Premium 2018.2H
NEW in Version 6.1: PTV Map&Guide internet now offers you the possibility to use the functions of PTV Drive&Arrive. PTV Drive&Arrive is a service provided by PTV AG that provides all stakeholders with the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of transports in real-time. The service runs in the background, you can use it without programming knowledge and you don't have to worry about interfaces.

Improvements

Consideration of traffic information during routing has been optimized. For example, a truck blocking will now be ignored by vehicles. Or a single-lane blocking will no longer lead to a complete blocking of all lanes on multi-lane roads.
If a stop-off points list contains time windows while the consideration of time-windows was deactivated in the routing settings, the user is now informed before starting the calculation to optionally enable the time windows for this specific routing.
The load cannot be changed anymore if a new route is created with a reference vehicle.
Importing CSV and BCR files with special characters works more reliable now.
The Excel export in general within in the application has been fundamentally revised.
When importing files in the data manager, the file encoding is now automatically determined and preselected in the import dialog. It is still possible to change the encoding manually.
When creating new routing profiles, the "activate restrictions" option is now active by default.
BCR exports now also include the sales price per stop-off point if no order references have been defined.
When exporting to the PTV Navigator, the "Guided BCR" format is now always used for exporting from the stop-off points list if a route has been calculated. If alternative routes are calculated, the route currently active in the itinerary is exported.
The selected values in the "compare routes" dialog are now saved.
When exporting stop-off points lists, all order data, TBC load codes and station costs are now also exported and can be restored during import.
When calculating routes with time windows, a message is now displayed if the time window of a station cannot be met.
The order and grouping of the use cases in the selection box "new use case" has been optimized.
After changing the global minimum wage settings, routes that have already been calculated are discarded. Please recalculate your routes with the new settings to get the correct values.
The current values for vehicle costs and salary costs are displayed when the mouse is hovering over the "cost profile" or "salary profile" input fields.
You can now conveniently compare two routes calculated in different tabs using a new "compare routes" button. The currently visible route is always compared with the previously calculated route. Tip: You can also compare any routes by clicking on the title bars of the routes while holding down the CTRL key.
Especially in Scandinavia it could have happened that ferry connections were made via detours. In the new version, ferries are now used directly.
The file name for Excel exports in general was set to "file.xlsx" in general. Now the file name contains the start and destination. A corresponding file name for the attached PDF is now also assigned when sending an itinerary by e-mail.
Export Excel sheets have been enhanced with calculation formulas.
When opening the current stop-off points list in a new route planning use case, the current cost and salary profile is copied, too.
When printing the detailed information for a route, the printout now also contains the toll-related data of the route.
If activated in the routing options, truck attributes are now also taken into account when doing a nearest search.
The option "stay must be completely fit within the time window" is now also saved and re-imported when exporting BCR files.
When printing the "route overview", the vehicle and route details were always printed on a second page. Now the overview map and details are printed on one single page.
The following settings are now standard for new users: Label stations: deactivated. Display time and route information: activated
The pop-up objects of type "towns/places" in the map can now be deactivated and switched off by default for new users.
For new users the default map profile is now "Gravelpit".
If there was a name conflict when saving a route and a user decided not to overwrite the route by clicking the cancel button, a "1" was previously appended to the route name. This behavior has been changed. "Cancel" no longer changes the route name.
In the "information about your route" dialog, messages regarding "blocked route sections" now contain a matching icon.
In the "open route" dialog, a quick tip is displayed for each route on the user icon with the name of the owner. If an attempt is made to move an public route to the private folder, the name of the owner also appears in the error message.
When saving the current application settings in the user profile, the values of the "pricing" panel (visibility and selected view) are now saved, too.

Bugfixes

The map was printed much too small, caused by too large margins, if the cost overview was printed additionally. In the newest version the margins are 1cm again and therefore the map a little bigger again.
route optimization with a fixed departure date failed if one of the stop-off points had a time window on the same date.
In certain cases incorrect values for weight-depending restrictions for trailer-trucks were shown in the map.
When cancelling the info-dialog while setting a sales price, the values are now also correctly reset for alternative routes.
During pricing, the correct total price was not always set if individual prices were still defined for one or more stop-off points.
It was not possible to send the itinerary of an alternative route to the PTV Navigator App. Now the itineray of the route whose tab is active in the "itinerary" area will be sent.
The labels for "vehicle costs" and "travel costs" in the "reporting" tab had a misleading caption.
An error could occur when when copying stop-off points via the context menu while another route planning case had been closed beforehand.
Exported stop-off points lists (BCR, CSV) containing multiline comments at stop-off points may not have been exported correctly. Line breaks in comments are now always exported as spaces.
The option for deleting a data manager layer was available even if the user did not have the sufficient rights.
The re-import of a CSV file into a datamanager layer whose identifier contained a quotation mark led to an error. This is corrected.
The departure time was shifted by 1h if a time window was defined and the system time was daylight saving time.
In the settings dialog for driving and rest times additional line breaks were cut off in some browsers for certain GUI languages.
In the POI layer "Local and long-distance traffic", taxi stands were erroneously displayed on the map with an aircraft symbol.
The arrival time at the destination stop-off point always included the length of stay time of this stop-off point. Now the correct arrival time is shown.
The minimum wage settings now can only be edit if the corresponding right is activated in the user administration.
When logging out of the admin tool the user was not correctly forwarded to the login page.
In the "routing parameters" dialog, the status of the "time window" option may have been displayed incorrectly.
