Connect Modeling Teams and Insights

PTV Hub 2027 strengthens collaboration, administration, model management and dashboard communication across desktop and cloud workflows. New capabilities help teams check connectivity, manage users and licenses, work on shared models, track revisions, run selected cloud calculations and build clearer dashboards, making transportation modeling projects easier to coordinate from setup to stakeholder review.

Improve Setup, Access and Release Transparency

Get teams connected to PTV Hub faster with self-service diagnostics, clearer access roles and centralized release information. The diagnostics tool checks required domains, services, web maps, licensing connections, latency and throughput. A unified Reviewer and Author access model clarifies participation across desktop and cloud workflows, while release notes on the subscription homepage make recent improvements easier to follow.

Manage User Access More Efficiently

Manage project access more consistently with reusable User Groups and Organizer-controlled visibility. Administrators can organize users by team, department, office or project, then apply groups to Workspaces instead of adding people individually. Organizer roles help control who can see organization-wide user information, supporting collaboration with internal teams and external partners while protecting broader user data.

View License Capacity and Modules

Understand available desktop license capacity directly. The Licenses app now shows remaining and total seats, borrowed or occupied seats, and licensed modules or add-ons. This gives administrators and users a clearer view of the software capabilities available to the organization and reduces the need to check licensing information across separate systems.

Coordinate Shared Model Workflows

Work on shared transportation models through PTV Hub with clearer coordination, revisioning and model management. Parallel and collaborative editing supports PTV Hub-managed workflows for PTV Visum, PTV Vissim and PTV Viswalk models, including editing awareness, managed merging and conflict handling. Teams can also duplicate models, track scenario component revisions, remove older base model revisions and run PTV Visum DRT calculations in cloud computing.

Create Faster, More Flexible Dashboards

Communicate transportation results more clearly through more flexible PTV Hub Dashboards. Editors can create custom color classifications, preserve widget configurations when switching compatible data sources and provide free-text filters with operators such as contains, starts with and ends with. Larger sub-attribute combinations and backend performance improvements support more detailed PTV Vissim results and faster dashboard workflows.
