Prices and conditions of participation

Prices

The entry price for the event is €35 (+VAT).

Participation for speakers is free.

After receiving your registration, payment details will be communicated at a later time.

Conditions of participation

The participation fee must be paid no later than September 13th, 2024. A digital invoice will arrive at the email address provided during registration after the payment.

Right of withdrawal: it is possible to withdraw from participation up to 7 days before the start of the event without being charged any cost. If the cancellation occurs after that date, we will not be able to refund the amount paid. In case of illness or other unforeseen event it will be possible to appoint a replacement participant.
